Purchase Policy
The following purchase policies are
designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the
purchase process on Reatapass.com. If you have any questions about
the information below, please contact us at:

Purchase Policy incorporates our "Terms of Use" by this reference.

Payment Methods, Pricing and Availability: Reata
Pass gladly accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express and the Discover
Card. Reata Pass sells tickets on behalf of promoters, bands, and venues,
which means Reata Pass does not set the ticket prices or determine seating
locations. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points,
including online, at Reata Pass or Greasewood Flat. All distribution points
access the same ticketing system and inventory, therefore tickets for
popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be
available prior to an event; however Reata Pass does not control this
inventory or its availability.

Convenience and Shipping Charges: All tickets
purchased through Reata Pass are subject to a per ticket convenience charge.
Tickets purchased online or through charge-by-phone are subject to an
additional non-refundable per order shipping charge.

Cancelled Events: Occasionally, events are
cancelled or postponed by the promoter, band, or venue. If the event was
moved or rescheduled, the promoter, band, or venue reserves the right to
transfer your ticket rather than allow a refund, and/or may set refund
limitations. In order for a refund to be processed, you must have the
original ticket, along with your order confirmation number if purchased
online, or your original receipt if purchase at Reata Pass or Greasewood
Flat. The face value ticket price will be refunded in most cases.
Convenience fees, order processing and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds and Exchanges: Before purchasing
tickets, carefully review your event. Policies set forth by our clients,
including venues, prohibit Reata Pass from issuing exchanges, refunds, or
credit after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or
destroyed tickets.

Ticket Delivery: All tickets are shipped within
5-7 business days via U.S. postal mail; please allow at least 14 days after
your order is made to receive your tickets. These are approximate times, and
Reata Pass is not responsible for deliveries that take longer. Occasionally,
we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket
order that can delay processing and delivery. If you have not received your
tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact us at (480)585-7277.
Tickets delivered through Will Call are typically available one hour prior
to the event start time. You will need to present your ticket order
confirmation number, the credit card used to purchase tickets and picture
identification.
Security: This site has security measures in place
to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our
control. All commerce transactions are secured. Your personal information is
encrypted, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be
read as the information travels over the Internet.
